Application
It is used to manufacture aircraft structure and other high stress structural parts with high strength and strong corrosion resistance, such as upper and lower wing panels, purlins, partitions, etc. After solution treatment, the plasticity is good, the heat treatment strengthening effect is particularly good, and the strength below 150 ℃ is high, and the strength at low temperature is particularly good, the welding performance is poor, and there is a tendency of stress corrosion cracking. The two-stage aging can improve the SCC resistance.
What is 7075 aluminum plate?
7075 aluminum plate belongs to Al Zn mg Cu system of super hard aluminum. 7075 alloy has been used in aircraft manufacturing since the late 1940s, and is still widely used in aviation industry. It is characterized by good plasticity after solution treatment, especially good heat treatment strengthening effect, high strength below 150 ℃, and particularly good low temperature strength; poor welding performance; stress corrosion cracking tendency; need to be used by aluminum clad or other protective treatment. The ability of stress corrosion cracking resistance of the alloy can be improved by two-stage aging. The plasticity of annealed and hardened steel is slightly lower than that of 2A12 in the same state. It is slightly better than 7A04. The static fatigue, notch sensitivity and stress corrosion performance of the plate are better than 7A04. The 7075-T651 state is particularly superior. It is known as the best product in aluminum alloy, with high strength and far better than soft steel. This alloy has good mechanical properties and anode reaction, and is a typical aluminum alloy material for aerospace military industry.
